Medium Silver Personalized Hand Beaded Clutch (FOG)

I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. The date on the inside flap was not aligned correctly and crooked. It feels like some of the beads are going to fall off from touch. Order process was not clear and tracking system was not functioning properly. Overall I would say I’m 50/60 on satisfaction scale.
