At Pretty Robes, we take great care to ensure your custom bridal products arrive in perfect condition and on time. Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency and clarity on our shipping process, so you can be confident when ordering from us.
Processing Time
All our custom bridal products are made-to-order. This means that once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin creating your product(s). Processing time is listed on each item, and it varies depending on the complexity of the order. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush production and rush shipping purchases may be necessary to accommodate those requests.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your products in a timely and secure manner. The shipping options available to you will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. The following are the shipping options we currently offer:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is via USPS. Delivery time is typically between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. This method does not include insurance.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your item(s) sooner, we offer expedited shipping via USPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will have the option to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online and monitor its progress.
Please note that once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package to the address provided. If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or send a replacement order.
In the case that you are unable to locate your package, we recommend the following steps:
1. Verify the Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes, carriers will leave packages at the wrong address or return them to the sender if the address is incorrect.
2. Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, carriers will leave packages with neighbors or in a safe location. We recommend checking with neighbors and other members of your household to see if anyone received the package on your behalf.
3. Contact the Carrier: If you have verified the shipping address and checked with your neighbors and still cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. You can provide them with the tracking number and explain the situation. They will be able to assist you further.
Please note that Pretty Robes is not responsible for covering the costs associated with lost or stolen packages.
