Exchange & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your non custom product, you have 30 days to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and you will not be refunded for the shipping charges we incurred when shipping the item to you.
If you are not satisfied with your custom product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.
If a product is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the order process, we will work with you to either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you or will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the defect.
If you wish to return a custom product for any other reason, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis. If we decide to accept the return, you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and packaging, as well as any associated return shipping costs.
Please note that custom products that have been altered or modified at the request of the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
