We want you to absolutely love your Pretty Robes purchase. Every piece is made with care, and our team is here to make sure you feel confident ordering from us.
Non-Custom Products
- You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in their original condition.
- Simply send them back to us, and once received, we’ll issue a refund. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
Custom Products
- Your custom piece is made just for you, so these items are generally non-refundable.
- If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error in personalization, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by repairing, remaking, or refunding your item.
- If you wish to return a custom product for any other reason, reach out within 30 days. While we can’t guarantee returns on custom orders, we’ll always review requests and do our best to help.
