  • How long does it take to make a custom veil?

    Our current production time is 2–4 weeks, plus up to 2 weeks of shipping time. Please plan for a minimum of 5–6 weeks when ordering your veil.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please account for the extra time needed to ship internationally when purchasing outside of the US.

  • Do you offer rush orders?

    Yes! We offer as quickly as seven days. Rush prices are listed in the production & delivery dropdown on each listing.

  • How do I track the progress of my custom veil order?

    Message us directly. We’re happy to pass any updates we are able to.

  • Do you offer returns or exchanges on custom veils?

    Due to the highly personalized nature of hand-stitched names, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect or an error on our part, please contact us, so we can make it right.

  • How do I care for it after it arrives?

    Store your veil in a garment bag in a dry, dark space until needed. Your veil will likely have minor creases from shipping. We recommend hanging it up as soon as it arrives. Use a garment steamer on a low setting, keeping it a few inches away from the tulle. Never iron the veil, as the direct heat can melt the delicate fibers and damage the beadwork.

  • Are they stocked or custom made?

    Our veils are 100% made to order!

  • What sizes do you offer?

    Elbow ----- 30 inches
    Fingertip -- 42 inches
    Waltz ----- 60 inches
    Chapel --- 90 inches
    Cathedral - 108 inches

  • Which colors do you offer?

    We currently offer White, Ivory, and Black tulle veils.

  • What kind of beads do you use?

    We primarily use high-quality glass seed beads.

  • Is the veil heavy?

    Adding beading can make our veils heavier. If your hairstyle is a secure and sturdy updo, it will hold it well.

  • Is there a comb attached to the veil?

    Yes, every veil is attached to a comb for a secure hold.

  • Do you offer mockups?

    Yes, please check the box next to ‘Want a sample mockup?’ before checkout.

  • Can I customize my veil further?

    We love fully custom requests! Add any custom details to the personalization box.

  • Can I request changes to the design after placing my order?

    We don’t allow changes after the order has been placed. Production starts immediately.
