Where is my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our studio. Personalized pieces need a little extra crafting time before they ship — check your order confirmation for your estimated date.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, yes! Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction — we'll do everything we can to catch it in time.
Do you handle bridal party or bulk orders?
Absolutely — matching robes, totes, and gifts for the whole party are our specialty. Tell us your party size, colors, and date in the form and we'll take care of the rest.
What is your return policy?
Because most of our pieces are made just for you, personalized items are final sale unless there's an error on our end — in which case we'll make it right, always. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.
