Ive made 2 orders from this business and they both came in exactly how I wanted. My bridesmaid think they're soooo cute. AND not to mention, my second order, I mucked up and ordered the wrong swim suits-- I reached out to prettyrobes to have the order corrected (due to my oversight) and they responded within the next business day and corrected my order perfectly. I highly recommend pretty robes.
They ghosted me for 3 days which delayed the custom order. Said they would mail to Cabo for my sisters 60th birthday surprise. I left Cabo on 4/23 and the suits are currently held hostage at UPS in La Paz. Their remedy? I can have 20% off my next order. Unacceptable. They tried but should have known getting the order mailed on 4/21 would not make it to me. Total fail and my once in a lifetime surprise was ruined. I deserve a refund (or keep my money and provide new suits) and they want me to reorder and pay again?? I ordered on 3/31. Should have been plenty of time.
I have not received the robe as of April 27, 2023. What is the problem? There must be a problem. The BBB may need to be given a report. I will give you an opportunity to make things right with me before I contact them.
It was a very nice robe. However I paid for extra customization on the front left of the robe, to say “MRS. SMITH” & it did NOT get delivered with it.
The material of the robes is really comfortable. The stitching is great, very well fitting. I had a robe customized and it was beyond my expectation!! It just looks very well made and very much worth the price. I know I’ll be a long-time customer.
These robes were ordered one month prior to my wedding with a promise delivery date by 3/13/23. They showed up the evening of my wedding, and poor quality. I was only offered a 15% refund for a gift I couldn't even give my bridesmaids. I had to purchase others that were not able to be personalized. When I messaged them about estimated delivery, I got no response. Tried the online chat, no response. I would not buy from them again
The xl supposedly fits a US 12-18.. it is huge. How can you make something that has such a big range and its non refundable?
First of all the price is great, the customization options are plenty, and the robe I received was cute and perfect for the occasion. Not only that, the customer service was very responsive with making sure I received it when I needed it! Highly recommend!
