Toddler jacket

The sizing for the Jean jacket with the name on the back, is way off. It could fit my 12 year old, and it’s a size 2-5t. I tried to send it back and all I was only offered 10%off another jacket and was told to order at 12 month jacket. My child is an average 4 year old and I ordered it for her to wear now on vacation but she can’t. Guess we will have to keep it for 8-10 years before she can wear it.
