Before You Send The Photo
Eye-level, well-lit, with a clear view of the face. Outdoor light is ideal. Avoid heavy shadows, blurry shots, or distant photos. Send 1–3 if you have them — the artist will pick the strongest reference.
Each pet shoulder bag is made to order. After your mock-up is approved, production typically takes about 2–4 weeks. Shipping time is additional depending on your location.
Yes — we can fit up to two pets on a single bag. There's a small additional fee for the second portrait, added at the mock-up stage.
You can request adjustments before approval — markings, eye color, expression. We won't begin beading until you're happy. If we still can't get it right, we'll refund.
Yes. Memorial orders are flagged for our most experienced artist and personally reviewed before the mock-up is sent. Tell us at checkout in the notes.
Custom portraits are final sale, but the mock-up approval step exists so there are no surprises. Damaged or beadwork-defective bags are remade at no charge.
