SHIPPING NOTE
Hand Sanitizer ships with bottle, alcohol, and label all as one packaged item. Sanitizer is considered to be a flammable substance due to the amount of alcohol contained in the product. Therefore, sanitizer can only be shipped with Ground or Standard services. Express shipping services may not be available.
CUSTOM OPTIONS
All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs! Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to modify designs, or submit your own.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All hand sanitizers are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied with your order. Our goal is to ensure our products add extra pizzazz to your event, and we will do our best to make this happen!
DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Although rare, hand sanitizers may get damaged during transit. If this happens we are not responsible for the damage that is an issue that will need to be settled with you and the carrier.
Returns/Exchanges
Custom - Sales of our custom products are final. Custom products (those with print on them) are made to order and the print cannot be undone so we cannot accept it for return.
Non Custom - We accept returns on non-custom products within 60 days of delivery.
- Items that show signs of wear/tear may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We will reach out to you when this happens.
- Please note that we do not provide return labels. Shipping costs of items are paid for by the customers.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your return is delivered to be processed.
