Return Policy

If you want to return any non-customized product you can do so within 30 days of receipt! There is a 10% restock fee for each item that is returned. Just contact us through our contact us page or email us at and we'll walk you through the return process.

If the package has been damaged or shows any sign of use, we retain the right to not issue a refund for the returned item. In the event an item is not accepted, we will send you an email explaining our decision.   

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for their returns, unless there was in error in your order in which case we will waive the 10% fee and will provide you a return label at no charge.   

We cannot accept any returns on Customized products due to the nature of the custom product. However, if the order was incorrect, we will either replace the item or issue a partial refund.  

We retain the right to issue partial refunds in lieu of replacing defective orders.
