Return Policy

We accept returns and requests for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receipt only. We charge a 10% restock fee for each item that is returned. We do not charge restock fees for exchanges. To return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page or via email at, and provide your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange in the message. 

If the return package has been damaged or shows any sign of use, we retain the right to not issue a refund for the returned item. In the event an item is not accepted, we will send you an email explaining our decision and you will need to pay for shipping to get the items returned to you.    

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for their returns, unless there was in error in your order in which case we will waive the 10% fee and will provide you a return label at no charge.   

We cannot accept any returns on Customized products due to the nature of the custom product. However, if the order is defective, we will either replace the item or issue a refund on that product. Shipping costs can at times make reshipping an order cost prohibitive, which is why we retain the right to issue partial refunds in lieu of replacing defective orders. 

If an order is rejected/returned to us, without reason or explanation we will not issue a refund if the order was customized. If the order is blank we will assess a fee of $15 to your order.
